Core to my life's path are freedom, responsibility, democracy, and faith. I'm fascinated by the social fabric that emerges as we interact with each other in society, each on our own path.
Most of all, I believe we live in a blessed and wonderful age full of opportunity. With all its challenges. And that the future will be even better, if we apply ourselves to the fullest of our potential, and work together to do right.
And I believe our republics will rise or fall — not only with their press — but also with their entrepreneurs.

It's a time to lead. Ourselves, our families, our companies, our societies at large. Leadership requires strength. Physical strength, intellectual strength, emotional strength, spiritual strength.
Finding and building this strength is what my work is about. I learned mentorship and coaching from those who for the past 15 years, mentored and coached me, for which I am forever grateful.

I conduct coaching workshops for entrepreneurs and their leadership teams.
I'm bilingual German and English, so we can work in either of the two languages.
